The ability to clock in to the project they are working, engage the federal time worked if federal job, and the equipment they are using, in order to track the time and costs associated to each project.
Employees must submit equipment pre checks in order to continue their work day, this gives the company the ability to see any equipment issues and take broken equipment out of use.
Companies have the option to have their foremen required to submit daily progress reports with pictures before they can clock out in order to track project progress.
We offer the ability to upload all aggregate or hauling tickets throughout the project and the ability to see the real time tracker keeping totals on the project. You also have the ability to invoice the customer from the dashboard, so the costs and income are tracked within the project.
We offer the ability for employees to upload all receipts with costs on the project, so that all costs are accounted for accurately.
We offer the ability to run reports that will show you the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Unpaid invoices, Unpaid bills, Timesheets and Federal Timesheets. We will help you cut costs on other software to create reports for tax purposes.
The app allows you to see a project dashboard showing you all the work ahead and currently in progress. You also are able to see the individual project and the costs and progress within the project. This will help you track your profit and margins on projects in order to know where your margins need to be in estimating.
We offer the ability to track the equipment within the fleet, all the maintenance due and set hours/mileage when needing flagged for preventative maintenance. You are also able to track the repair shop where maintenance or repair is being done. This will cut costs on repairs that are needed due to missed maintenance being performed.
The app offers the ability to run wage reports. You can choose to pull the report by employee, by project, or by a time period. You also can pull federal wages if the project is a federal job. The employee management dashboard holds the employees tax forms, identification, and all other information needed for audit.
We offer the ability to run payroll and cut employee checks in order to cut down on other software expenses needed for company.
We offer the ability to track employee issues or writeups so that you have record of issues, also to update pay if given raises.
We offer the ability to build schedules weekly, monthly, or yearly to fit the needs of your company.
We offer the ability to house a library of safety videos and send them out to employees to watch at clock in. The Safety Management Dashboard will track all safety issues and remedies to prevent the same issue from occurring again. This will help cut your costs on time lost to safety issues and insurance premiums.

My name is Abby Mescher, I grew up in a family that worked and built a rock quarry and concrete business. We watched the quarry work and learned about hard work and customer service at an early age. I stepped into a role for an excavation company and grew and learned different areas of work within the company. I built spreadsheets, tracked costs, wages, maintenance and everything else we could track to be able to better estimate and project goals for the future years.
I realized that building an app was the best way to streamline all the information, allowing it to flow directly into reports. This would free up more time to focus on estimating and project management.
